iPowerWeb had TERRIBLE customer service. I made the mistake of using them for a couple of client accounts - then they kept replying to emails using the wrong client information. So my one client was getting information about another client account. And it took MONTHS to resolve the issue.
Their customer support people seem unable and unwilling to do anything but read scripted answers.
Avoid them at all costs.
