Angry No refund from integrahost yet

Well yall, add me to the list of disappointed integrahost clients. I purchased 1 year in advance hosting, thinking I was getting a deal for what I needed in a server. well, my site was down about 40% of the time. When I contact support, I had to wait forever to get a answer and when I did get a answer, it usually wasn't a good detailed answer. Like the previous fella's I'm always told to check back in about 2 hours or that someone is not in. I'm looking to speak with Kyle Springer because I need to get my refund for the remainder of months that I do not plan to use. I already changed hosting companies to someone that can provide everything I need for my business, but now I'm waiting for a response from kyle to get my refund and cancel my account. You know these guys will not cancel my account!! It's rediculous. I am very disappointed that I went with this company. Kyle told me to contact him on the 14th of july 2006 if I'm not satisfied with my service and thats what I done. Now he will not return any of my messages, I've written admin@integrahost.com, kyle@integrahost.com, and support@integrahost.com as well as calling. My response - Nothing! today is July 21st 2006. My account should have been closed and refunded on July 14th 2006.

well, beware future buyers, of this hosting company.
