I know it is usually not a good thing to write things when you're angry. But I can't resist. After hours of downtime and 5 email messages to support I try the adiungo live chat again. Here is the transcript:

[Visitor] My server has been down for a few hours. I sent multiple email messages, but to no avail.
[Visitor] My control panel also shows that the server is unavailable.
[Operator] Please contact our support team via support@adiungo.com .
[Visitor] I did. Multiple times already. No reply
[Operator] Do you received automatic message with yout ticket number ?
[Visitor] Yip
[Operator] Then wait answer from our support team.
