Disturbing Post

After reading your response, I felt compelled to share what we sent you, and how you mis-interpreted it. Not only do we feel your comments below are completely out of line and un-true, we feel you owe FindMyHost.com a public apology (conerning the fact we requested you to remove your post).

As you can see below, we care about honesty and integrity from not only ourselves but from consumers who post reviews. We take this seriously and will continue to validate consumer reviews both positive and negative.

If you are twisting this story to fit your own needs, might we also assume you did the same with the Accurburst situation? As in your statement you want people to see the true story, let's backup and take a look at what FindMyHost.com requested to confirm your consumer review.

Here is what we sent to Shannon Vettes to verify her post:
Hello,

Thank you for your recent post on our forum HostDiscussion.com.

ACCUBURST = the WORST

Unfortunately, it has been brought to our attention that your post may not contain a legitimate review. The FindMyHost Network prides itself on honest and unbiased reviews and as part of our investigation and in order to keep your review live and online we require supporting evidence that you were a past customer of the host in question.

Please provide us with as much of the following to verify your review: full name on hosting account (along with email address), copy of your welcome email, copy of your recent invoice, support trouble ticket responses, screenshot of your control panel, etc.

We appreciate your assistance in this matter and we thank you for taking the time to post on our forum.

Thank you,
Testing Team

Shannon Vettes responds in this forum (excerpts of posts contained here within):
Since I've posted, findmyhost.com has asked me to remove my previous claim, and I refuse because I want people reading this forum to hear the true story.

&

Since you've already threatened to delete my post, I'm curious if he wasn't being honest as well.

As you can read above, we made no such request. We simply asked for proof she was indeed a customer. Her response is un-professional at best and totally out of line.

We pride our website containing un-biased and honest consumer reviews. However, as many of you know, many posts are done with ill intent by other web hosts or customers who are bent on destroying a companies image.

We will continue to list this post, however, we want everyone to understand how seriously we take our reviews and posts on our forums.

Regards,
