Hi,
I completely agree with you about Ipowerweb. I have had a very simuliar experience and it's obvious they are just trying to make a quick buck. By the way, did you know they are nothing more than a reseller for tucows? And guess how much your domain costs per year: $3.00 (.25 per month) for them to register. They have to pay a one-time $99 fee but after that it's only 3 bucks per domain.
Anyway, I have one domain only with them and plan to transfer it to my reseller account with Godaddy.
