I'm searching for a new adult host with better prices than my current one offers, which is $29.95 for 100MB of space (plus, of course, other additional features). * Must offer at least 250MB for under $30 (would like at least 500MB, though)
* Must NOT offer unlimited space or traffic
* Prefer to have option to register domain name elsewhere; if I must register with the host, the domain registry price must be under $25
* Prefer to be able to create sub-domains (the more, the merrier)
* Must have Unix or Linux server
* Must allow me to use the space for commercial purposes
* Must allow adult content (I don't want censorship, barring
things illegal, so I'm free to say what I like, including cursing,
sexual language, etc.--I write adult fan fiction and want to post it
on my site, for example--and I want the option to put up an adult
site later if I choose)
* Prefer CPanel web control panel, but I'm flexible, if the
software is good, like MonsterControls (I would like to see a demo if possible)
* Must NOT use the Cobalt Raq web control panel
* Prefer unlimited POP email accounts, but at least 25
* Must have unlimited email aliasing and forwarding
* Prefer to have unlimited email auto responders
* Must include at least one FTP account
* Prefer to have anonymous FTP
* Prefer to have Telnet access
* Must allow me to put up my own CGI scripts
* Must include latest version of Perl
* Prefer to have many features, like databases, Real server,
shopping cart, etc.--I may not use them now, but I'd like it if I had
the option; HOWEVER, a personal site that I can use for
commercial purposes is just fine, and I do not require an
e-commerce site
* Must have a free trial period or money-back guarantee
* Must have access to raw log files
* Must have web statistics
* Must allow password-protected directories
* Must have domain name registration for under $25 or allow me to register a domain wherever I want
* Prefer to have domain name parking, preferably free
