Hello there!
I just would like to specify some details on the following: how is bandwidth is being calculated on the dedicated servers? How that differs?
I',m looking at centsi.com dedicated servers and that is being annonced there that Incoming bandwidth is free? I have seen their reviews and they appear as rock solid so I do not think that is fluffy offer.
Can bandwidth experts tell me more?

Incoming bandwidth.. looks like a trick. It will be a small fraction of your total bandwidth. Concentrate on more serious issues.
