can suggest me a free host for my site (that after 3 days has already consumed the bandwidh):

I need..:

50 M-100 M
bandwith at least 7-10 G a month
no limitation on size of files uploaded..i need to
upload videoclips of 2-3 M
bannerless or with little banner or text-link
no popup

I would also never suggest you free web hosting I think paying a reasonable host is much better and beneficial instead of opting for a free host. At least paid host offer value for money.
