help me please

I'm going to start my own reseller hosting business. I googled much and have looked through a lot of reseller package plans and make up my mind to stick to ahosting.biz. They look good. But I'm a noob in this field and want to know what you, guys, think of them. Do you have any personal experience with them? Or you may advise me the other company with better conditions?

Hi,

If you are new to reseller hosting then just make sure that the hosting service provider support for 24/7 and if they are having Live chat Support also for 24/7 then its great. This type of support helps a lot whenever issues are faced.

All the best.

What about support? Which one is better to use in-house or outsource?

Hi,

In house support is always better option but you can go for outsource for level1-level2 support. The outsourcing companies provides good support at low cost. The outsourcing increases your profit margin.

For example, ahosting.biz has an in-house support and I think it's much better than hiring an outsource company for it.

First, find a reliablу upstream provider, then make sure you have a professionally looking website.

Well, you can other users' positive and negative experience with ahosting.biz on the reviewcenter.com. Seems to be an average company with both happy and angry customers...

Dada, thanks for link on reviewcenter. I have read a lot of reviews there about ahosting.biz activity. There are more positive feedbacks there than negative.

I use Ahosting.biz's reselling service and may say that I like the way this company provides it. Their support works 24/7 and it's very friendly and responsive. By the way, Ahosting has an in-house support. Their uptime is nearly 99.9%. Like them.
