Would you mind explain difference between that 2 terms?

and seems they mean the same. Please confirm that.

I think it's the same. I don't see any differences between these terms. At lease I haven't noticed it. SiberName.com write - "We started as a reseller".

Yes they are different terms. Once you decided to separate cpanel accounts you will need to move on reseller web hosting. Thats why better consider companies like www.hosww.net offers both reseller and shared to easy to move.

I think that they are the same things. That is reseller web hosting. And make sure it have WHM for account owner tyo create separate Cpannel accounts.

I think a lot of web hosting companies with thousands of clients started as resellers, and there's nothing bad about, it contributes to the image of their provider, I think.

As I see SiberName.com is a Canadian domain registrar and they specialize in it (ICANN, CIRA and EURID-accredited) and their shared web hosting is also all right but as for reselling plans from them ... hm ... think it's a ordinary reselling plans from them but they include to three domain into them for free.
