| Spint versus HostGator I'm caught in a finger pointing email delivery issue between HostGator and Sprint. I had an email take 11 hours to get to a client. HostGator says it wasn't them, Sprint says it was. Based on issues I've been having lately, I'm more inclined to believe Sprint.
I've had awful email problems with HostGator lately, delays in email delivery (from and two on same mail server), emails arriving totally blank, no from, nothing, just an empty shell. My email volume has dropped drastically, outgoing emails aren't getting to the recipient. Clients contact me via phone as email is proving so unreliable.
We have been having system wide email issues with the Windstar server at HostGator. Blank emails (content stripped, including from address), delays in routing, vanishing emails. We have been with HostGator since July of 2006 and this is the first time we've had any kind of problem. Frustratingly enough, it's been dragging on for weeks despite repeated contacts with support.
