I was wondering what Live Help Chat Software you use to help your customer? I have tried several, before signing up with www.providesupport.com ; I tried their free trial and I was very satisfied. They have a hosted license that is hosted on a very uptimed and performant server and the customizations and branding you can do are quite impressive.

Not to mention that they have layers of pricing, which is very good for someone who is just starting up. They support crew is alwasy there, very technical and knowledgeable and very helpful at all times

Well, as far as live chat software is concerned,it depends truly upon company quality and service.Due to extreme competition in this field,there is a high possiblity of failure of service but at the same time there is the possiblity of getting the best service also.Its a contradict question and answer in itself.

I'm usually satisfied with ICQ and phone support, but live chat must be also ok, I only think that very few companies provide it.

I've seen a lot of companies using LivePerson. Although it looks really expensive.

There are a few other good ones out there like PHPLive which has a lot of cool features and is fairly affordable.

Anyone know of any other software?
