Re-invent Launches ASP.NET 3.5 Hosting

11/26/2007 - Re-invent announced today that ASP.NET 3.5 is now included with all web hosting plans at no additional cost. Re-invent is proud to be one of the first hosts to deploy the latest, released and some say most evolutionary, version of Microsoft’s .NET framework, version 3.5.

The new .NET Framework 3.5 builds incrementally on the new features added in .NET Framework 3.0. In addition, .NET Framework 3.5 contains a number of new features in several technology areas that have been added as new assemblies to avoid breaking changes. They include LINQ (Language Integrated Query), ASP.NET AJAX, new web protocol support for building WCF services including JSON, REST, POX, RSS, ATOM and new classes in .NET Framework 3.5 base class library (BCL) that address many common customer requests.
