!4 day money back guarantee was not honored. My credit card company is still trying to resolve it (although cc company credited my account). I started with Im hosted in September of 2002 had some really bad email problems I tried for 5 days to get some help or support from them I sent,emails,trouble tickets, phone calls (to a telephone then does,t take messages and then cuts you off). No word at all from them so I invoked my 14 day money back and as off today 1/10/03 still have not been reimbursed through them. Terrible experience, there pre-sales was great but after that....
