Don't Use Feature Price!!!!!!!!! I have had a complete nightmare experience with FeaturePrice.com. My sites were down for six hours two Saturdays ago. And were up and down since then. It is nearly impossible to reach tech support or customer service. They do not even respond to trouble tickets. When you finally do reach a human being, they tell you anything to get you off the phone, and then do not correct the problem. Today, I never even got an autoresponder with a ticket number from 9 am! They finally switched me to their new server, which is supposed to solve my problems, but the password they sent me doesn't work. They disconnect you from the phone after five minutes of holding automatically (though they say it is 8 minutes), and log you off of Live Chat without a technician showing up 99% of the time. They took a full year's worth of payment up front, so they know they have you locked in. They also changed their levels of support since I signed up in November, so now, there is no guarantee of when they will resolve a problem. It is truly the most disgraceful company with whom I've ever done business. Susan |
