They disconnected the phone line to the complaint/problem department. There is no SUPPORT STAFF. It consists of 10 people sitting in an office in Florida doing nothing but thinking of ways to scam you. DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE PEOPLE. You will lose your sanity....
