Avoid WEB750.COM like the plague

Hello people:

I am a webmaster of several adult sites and about 45 days ago I signed up at web.750.com with one domain. Since signing up I experienced loss of service at least every day. Their support emails claimed there was not a problem and that there must be a problem with my IP. I then finally explained there was a problem if I could bring up Microsoft, Netscape, etc.. but not my site nor their homepage. They finally admitted they were down a lot due to DOS attacks. Then later unfortunately I added a second domain but I still experienced poor service so I told them I will be changing companies. I switched to adultfriendlyhosting.com and am very happy with their service so far. But the real nightmare is that I sent web750 an email this morning telling them to cancel one domain since I already backed up my files from the server, but not to cancel my domain manpics2002.com until tomorrow because I was in the process of retrieving my files via FTP right then. About 5 minutes later I was bumped out of FTP and when I tried logging back in I got the incorrect password message. An email to them confirmed they cancelled my account early, thus causing me to lose my files. They refuse to rectify the situation. And the ironic thing is that I had prepaid for 3 months. So what gave them the authority to cancel my account early when it is still paid for almost 2 months? As far as I'm concerned, web750.com is not a hoster to trust or host with. Just the fact they have shitty service is reason enough to avoid them.
