Rep Power: 0 | Adiungo.com Just want to let everyone know of a fantastic hosting company.
I was a customer with Jumpline.com for over 2 years since I really liked their VPS offering and reviews. Unfortunately their support was always spotty at best. Lately their performance has been less then stellar so I started looking around for a new VPS host.
Since that time I have gotten into phpBB, MySQL, PHP and phpNuke so I was looking for someone who offered easy installs of these applications.
After a very detailed search and testing various high profile and highly rated hosting companies I decided on Adiungo. My decision was based on hardware performance, features, pricing and support.
While Adiungo did not have the one click install of most of the applications that I was looking for they won me over by their features and the incredible support. These guys really value their customers.
In a span of a few weeks they have upgraded to RH9, added phpBB to their list of free applications, upgraded PHP and added SpamAssassin (plus other applications that are currently being tested). They keep me informed and updated, are responsive and ACTUALLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.
At the prices they charge, the features they offer and the support they give Adiungo is a complete bargain. Anyone that is looking for a host should at least put then on their short list.

Rep Power: 0 | Agreed I agree with Rafael--Adiungo has been great. I'm used to having my own dedicated server, so when I saw the specs on the VPSs, I wasn't quite sure I believed it. Since it was a low monthly rate, and no contract, I decided to give it a try.
The support has been excellent, with the exception of one problem of them not receiving a couple e-mails from me. (You need to be registered with them in order to send support e-mails; apparently something went wrong with that.) But using their web form at helpdesk.adiungo.com works great.
Response time is excellent, and the VPS is great--a full RedHat Linux (virtual) machine! |

Rep Power: 0 | Adiungo makes me mad I was enjoying using Adiungo for a while. But starting from this early August, I got terrible billing and customer service from them. After an upgrade of my system and agreed monthly billing, they kept sending me "computer generated" overbilled stament to me. Although I used their help desk tickets to remind them serveral times that the bill was wrong, they couldn't fix it and went ahead to charged that wrong bill to my credit card! It took a painful time for them and me to correct that wrong charge.
OK. Then they apologized to me. And they told me they would improve their billing software. And they promised this mess would not happend again. You know what, after only three weeks, just days ago, they started this nasty billing game again! I got the same weird overbilled "computer generated" statement again! They ignored my inquiry about it and disabled my system tab...
What can I say now? I am really frustrated about Adiungo... |

Rep Power: 0 | clarification Just to clear up the story behind zhongqiu's comment:
This was determined to be a bug in the billing software we use (manufactured by SW Soft). The problem stemmed from incorrect bandwidth usage calculations by the system, which resulted in higher than expected invoices.
When the customer was originally informed that the problem had been rectified, this was done in good faith - we had been informed by the manufacturer that the problem had been fixed. We openly acknowledge that this was not the case; we had been misinformed by the software company, which caused us, in turn, to unknowingly misinform the customer. For this we apologize, and the customer was compensated accordingly.
This problem was resolved fully, to the satisfaction of the customer, a few days after this post was made, through a patch realeased by the manufacturer.
Thanks for your time. |

Rep Power: 0 | Support I had a lot of the same frustration. Support emails would just never get answered. Subsequent support calls would tell me that they don't have access to my previous tickets. The live chat is almost useless unless you're interested in marketing blurp . The standard answer is "send an email to support". |

Rep Power: 3 | Good to see a company specialising on VPS. Do anyone have a recent review of this host? |
