After a horrible experience with my last host(Host Department) I decided to do my homework before deciding on my next host.

Of all I contacted Vaticus was the only one willing to send me websites of their customers so I could email them to ask about Vaticus' services. I also asked the other questions you're supposed to ask and they answered satisfactorily.

Well I was lied to, those clients must be employees! After two weeks things started to happen and when I emailed them they said they were updating and I fell for it. My one month guarantee expired and so did my money.

1. Email is constantly going down(for days at a time).
2. I tried to edit my pages one day and half my directories and files were gone! They gave me an IP address to do my editing in their "old system" but then that quit working. I made changes and when I went to view my work that page had not changed. I tried a couple times and NO CHANGE. I went to the page where my files and directories were missing and that doesn't even exist anymore.
3. I called three times and had to leave messages...no one called back.
4. I emailed them five times and the emails kept coming back.

YET their website is still up advertising "Advanced Technology", "Reliability", Efficiency" and "Quality".

They even have a page of "Testimonials"

They definitely make it appear they're a quality web host but that's all they do.... make it APPEAR that way.
