page loading time guaranteed?
Hello there! I have had interesting conversation with Simplehelix.com representative. And he said that they offer page loading time guarantee. To be honest I have never met such offer.
How can I check that?
Do you know any tools to check?

I have done the same thing with HqHost.net. Nice method I dare say.

I think you may use ping IP to check their speed as well.

Thats not of any use. Their test server will be a load balanced(if needed) server, specially managed connected to a Tier 1 network. What you finally get is a piece of overloaded server. Your load time, performnce etc. will depend on the 100s of sites hosted on your server!

Thank you guys for your help. I think that this is not main thing. I have made my own investigation and decided to ho with new host HostWW.net. They was very polite and helpful. I hope everything will be ok with them.

Hostww.net shared plans look quite realistic, what I mean is that 500MB of disk space and 20 GB of Monthly bandwidth at $5mo is quite a realistic price.

I think that no one web hosting company can guarantee that, because most things might depend on the ISP not on web hosting provider.

Freetrial coupon from HostWW.net works for only shared services. If I'm not mistaken. But what about reselling?
One more thing - what billing control panel do they provide for reselling?

Frankly speaking I don't know how a provider can guarantee you loading time without knowing the size of pages and the type of site. It all sounds somehow doubtful.
But I have browsed Simplehelix.com website and see that they use use their proprietery monitoring system Helixguard which might be a guarantee of your site stability
