I think that the minuses are: They offer it on the VPS while Santrex.net offer as separate package (they must have server designed for that). And as result good performance.

I haven't heard what NSV hosting is about, I guess this is about some type of files, in this case you can for ASP (application service providers), and I agree that Serverpoint.com is one of the best examples here, offering all sorts of applications.
