Magento is a new open source ecommerce platform that aims to handle all aspects of building and maintaining an ecommerce site including shopping carts, shipping, product reviews, and much more.
Has anybody tried this e-commerce software?

Magento software is very usable one. Its templates have the structure that fits well for providing Internet shopping services. Not many companies provide Magento. Say SiberName.com provides Zen Card, Cube Card and OS ecommerce. They are nice too. But to try something new is always good.
SimpleHelix.com gives such an opportunity for their clients.
Do you know how long Magento loads? Is it fast?

I have tried some companies to compare the speed of downloading Magento and it appears that SimpleHelix.com Magento downloads fast of all - just 2 secs!

I think that Simplehelix.com shared environment offering
might be quite comfortable for e-commerce site, check their TOS and look for discount coupons as well, might help to cut costs.
