Hi!
Are there any email web hosts? Lets you have domain name and would like to have email account at your domain name, no web site.
emailhosting.com, sibername.com, fasthosts.co.uk offer that. But I have no idea how to check if any one of them is ok for this kind of job? If you can please post here several issues which better to check and then compare.

Among the companies you have mentioned here, Sibername.com g e-mail hostinseems the most usable for me. Their personalized email hosting is rather low cost and many features are available from them.

Why don't you want to use e-mail features that say sharkspace.com provides in their shared package plans.
Maybe it'll be better for you?

It would probably make more sense to use the email features of a hosting company. At least then in the future you could host a site too if you wanted too!

Like maximumhost said, the easiest and cheapest solution is to use the email service provided by the hosts themselves. You can create a large number of email addresses at a very cheap rate.

One situation where you would want to have a dedicated email host is when you want to have better anti-spam protection and have a better webmail. There are dedicated email hosts that charge per account in that case.
