It turns out that Sibername.com is stable registrar and I should also mention hosting provider. Well, the prices seem affordable for me. As I understood, it offers 10% off if pay for 9-10 years for registration of your unique domains. One more important fact has to be mentioned that it is CIRA and ICANN-accredited registrar, so you should worry about its reliability.
