Indeed. Direct support ticket or live chat could clear everything up. However, when I hosted with hqhost.net I was fully satisfied with the service. Support ticket anwered within 30 minutes maximum. I used shared hosting, but still I believe their dedis are also as good...

I'd like to point out that you will find availability of hqhost.net system administrator and send them a support ticket and see how fast they will respond. I should say that this company has intellectually gifted support team which is always willing to explain you everything you want.
