where is the trick?

If web hosting company gives away 25% discount. That is high risk to take that? Or that depends on the company? I got newsletter and one of the promotions there 25% for espinda.com services...
So would you trust? (I mean such discount) will you for sure got that?

I would say it depends on the company. A company would try to make sure they gain a profit otherwise they wouldn't make tempting offers like this. I usually make offers to promote my webhosting business on forums by offering the first month with a 70% discount. Is that risk?

I don't think so. The only risk is to gain more customers that stay if they're pleased with the service that's being provided. I think these kind of offers are more or less the same as paying for advertizing. It all depends on the company, and the company's goals they try to achieve by making these offers.

I know some companies however will have a 'catch'. Meaning they'll try to make up for the 'loss' by sticking ads on your website etc. that pays for it, effectively turning their customers' websites into an advert. I'm not saying this is always the case, but it's one possible way to counter the discount they offer.

Ha! There are companies offering 50% discount, and not only for shared hosting, but for VPS and dedicated servers. This is done for attracting the new customers. This is n partuicular offered by hostingsource.com.

It's usually for attracting new customers, but if you're already a client getting newsletters, then sure, why not? 25% discount I think is not too much, or not too little.

Well... for me ... 25% discount is not a risk at all ... It is a promotion to give to the potential clients and attract them to buy so they would get more by purchasing a web hosting package.

There is no risk at all from it... And when they have said the discount is valid... that means it is

I would like to say that espinda.com always offers attractive discounts on their web hosting services. They offer low cost accounts with many features included into them.

Coupon codes:
Alexandria527 : 20% off all shared hosting plans;
Alexandria328 : 25% off all reseller plans.

This company is able to pass on the savings to you.

20% discount is good, that doesn't really reflect anything bad about the host. Hosting is a competitive area and such offers are normal.
