What is the best place for proxy hosting?
I am looking for reliable place where I will be able to get reliable and cheap proxy hosting services.
My business partner recommended me several companies: Iwhic.com and Santrex.net.
Do you know anything about these web hosting providers?
What company would be better to choose?

Unfortunately most mainstream hosts doesn't allow proxy sites, so you are left with very few choices. Unless you want to get a VPS, the hosts mentioned should be good choices.
