All most reliable host having 30 days money back policy.. So DO not find anything special on it and this 30 days free trail may be cause of spam customers

Well, neowebspace.com offers nice web hosting plans and the price is affordable for them. Their Data Centers are located in Texas and Dallas - this what I need.

Do you think that they can be good for ROR hosting services?

I do agree with you. Now day almost all web hosting provider does provide 30 day money back guarantee.

If you think on providing trial account, think again. This will result of abused/spam on your server.
