There is a small vido sharing site needs to be hosted.

The company I am mostly interested in is cirtexhosting.com, as here it is possible to get quality and god performance for video evenat shared account, as I was told.

I would like to know if anybody has already yused this or some another shared account for the video streaming, and are there any reasonable alternatives to compare.

I think that you shouldn't be so confident in choosing them as there are many other good options - so check more offers and then make your final decision.
As for recommendation, you will have nice hosting opportunities dealing with glowhost.com as they are good for FFmpeg and streaming video hosting services.

I believe you need to consider more offers to know which one os the best. Particul;arly there ar good accounts might be suitable for videos at santrex.net, as well as the special;ized streming NSV account from this host you may get for reeasonable money.

I know excellent for hosting video material and inexpensive are the accounts of exmasters.com. Though they are specialized in adult hosting I believe usual content would also feel itself good at their servers.

Thanks everyone. was really attracted to the santrex.net offers and think of getting one of their NSV accounts of just a shared hosting... Will apreciate any recommendations of which accounttype to choose to have better performance.

If you want to host videos on the server, I would recommend you to opt for a VPS server. Video streaming sites are resource intensive sites and they require high amount of bandwidth, space and RAM which cannot be fulfilled on Shared server. A VPS will provide you with Dedicated amount of resources which will ensure that you get a better performance.
