Well, did you email them? If I were you, I'd choose a new web hosting company

Hey all! My name is Jennifer! But of course, everyone calls me Jenna(sometimes Jen or JenJen though!). I have one sister named Amelia(Mia) who is younger than I am. I'm turning fifteen this year! Yaaay! Would ya visit my homepage(I changed it...). Oh, and Mia is bugging me to say: Click here to see me. ;-)
Oh, btw, I HATE the fact that hosting companies just want money! I should say some. Some have free services which is so awesome. They really care!

Hugz and Kissez to everyone!

With Luv,
Jenna

4everhosting

I just posted this elsewhere but wanted to add it here, in case people search (like I did) and find this old post:

This web hosting company is 100% terrible. Their servers are down all of the time, making it impossible for people to access your website or for you to access your own email. Just recently, however, things got a million times worse. The servers were down for about a week and when they appeared to come back up my (and other people's) website was completely erased! Also, my email was reset and everything I had saved in it was erased. To make it even worse, not only did the company not send out information regarding the problem or any type of explanation, they are also blatanly ignoring any requests I have made for them to contact me (approximately 10 emails in the last month). Also, it is impossible to contact them via phone as the only number I could find for them is a fax number.... Their services are highly substandard and their customer service just very well may be the worst I have ever encountered! I would suggest doing yourself a HUGE favor and looking elsewhere for a web hosting provider.

Maybe it's a bit OT, but in my opinion it's a good idea to separate the host from the domain registrar (use two companies)
