I have read a few comments about some other customers have had bad experiences with some web hostings.
Their customer services are very rude, but I was like, well, after everything is setup, I don't have to deal with them that much anyway. However, I found a bug that will affect my customers if I want to change the attributes for the packages. I sent them a support ticket, they said they will be looked into it, and changed my ticket's status is resolved. After 2 weeks, I send them another email about that issue is fixed or not, here is the reply.

This is a cpanel bug as already explained to you. Did you misunderstand this?
I'm going to have cpanel look at it and confirm and you will see.

I can't really understand the last sentence but it seems he will finally look at it and help to solve the problem.
But to solve a problem like this, I feel like I have to chase them, if I don't bring it up again, they will think that's not a problem again. So I decide to cancel the service since it's still under 30 days money back.

Your are a fool who does not comprehend english too well.
We told you this is a cpanel bug and it is NOT in our control ot fix this but cpanel, and made clear that cpanel was looking at this.

So this proves that they have totally ignored my support ticket last time, it only takes them a few hours to send to cpanel to fix the problem, so I have to say "cancel the service" in order to make them fix a simple bug? My gosh, and what kind of attitude is that to a customer?
I have no idea why FindMyHost.com will give them an award.
