I am looking for a free alternative to liveperson. I want a full-time solution, not a free trial, and also, I only need one department, and there will only be one operator working at a specific time-frame because the expected traffic of the site is very low.

Could someone please help me find a solution? I have tried everything in google, including a service called uZoom, but uzoom doesn't work. After the entire setup is completed, it says that it cannot connect to the server because of a firewall or something, but my internet connection is still working and no firewall is active.

So please suggest a good free provider...

Livezilla, is the main choice for free live chat software, as you can track visitors in real time from your computer. The only drawback is that its only compatible with windows machines, and many people have mac and linux computers. Other than that its a great free chat app.

Livezilla is great! It's free for right now but, I can only assume that they will start to charge for it soon. They're getting people interested in it, and then once they're known well enough, they'll start to charge for it monthly. I'll probably stay with them even after that though just because of how much better it is than the others I've used.
