Try logging in to your UptimeSpy account now.....
I upgraded your features from the 'free' to the advanced version. See if that resolves your sub-domain issue.

Forgot password has been added to the next version launch.

can not yet add my subdomain on the list... in all case i stay on the free version and i do not see a list of other features i have purposed to u (lot of things since my first message

i now see add near of this windows
"uptimespy.com free website monitoring powered by uptimespy.com"
i love these twice reference which are the same

i have added www.dedie.willemijns.com without trouble

but "www.(uptimespy.dedie.willemijns.com)" is refused

maybe you test "uptimespy.dedie.willemijns.com" DNS request so this DNS name
does not exist ! only www.uptimespy.dedie.willemijns.com exists !

FYI, i use "willemijns2" account because i forgot password for "willemijns" account if i well understood beta testers as me have premium options ?
