Hi,

The Live chat should be free. People like free services from their hosting service provider.

You should include the costs of luive chat into the price of your package, but don't tell people youare charging for live chat, they may be outraged.

But why? I think you have to be honest with your clients.

I don't mind the fact that you should be honest with your clients, but psychologically it's better to call the sum of expenses just "hosting package".

If you are refering to customers paying for online chat support, I am against it. Probably you could be referring to the seller using a paid service for the chat software, that sounds okay

To my mind, you will always have problems to solve with free hosting (low speed). That`s why I prefer paid hosting which is more preferable and suitable.

Exactly. Switch to high speed (that goes with paid hosting) and you'll have no problems that need live chat help. Look around now, while hosting services are currently in low-priced mode.
