which one do you prefer, free or paid? if you hosting ecommerce site, do you think it is common to have a free live chat and paying it is stupid or do you think we should pay for it as nothing come free? |

The Live chat should be free. People like free services from their hosting service provider.

Switch to high speed (that goes with paid hosting) and you'll have no problems that need live chat help. Look around now, while hosting services are currently in low-priced mode.  | |
